Account Manager - Datacentres - UK

Our client is a globally established manufacturer who develops and manufactures components and system solutions for electrical and optical transportation of data and energy. The company serves customers in the Communication, Transportation and Industrial markets with cables, connectors, cable systems, antennas and other passive components.
They are currently looking a technically focussed External Account Manager with extensive experience in the LAN and Datacentre sectors. The individual will tasked with business development and budget ownership/responsibility for existing key accounts.
They will also be responsible for full support of their integrator partners in terms of both technical development and training.
Also the Account Manager will manage the bid support for new business working with the datacentre/LAN sales team.
The ideal individual will possess extensive Datacentre experience, with a background in technical support, project management or engineering. Based in the South of the UK.
